1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order — only in case there is an issue with the product.
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing fault
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been used or washed
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The issue is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, slight color difference due to screen display)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your provided bank account
4. Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange:
- We will dispatch the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

6. Shipping Costs
