1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order — only in case there is an issue with the product.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  1. You received a damaged or defective item
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. The product has a manufacturing fault

To be eligible:

  1. The item must be unused and unwashed
  2. The product must be in its original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. The product has been used or washed
  2. The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  3. The issue is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, slight color difference due to screen display)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  1. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  2. The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your provided bank account

4. Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange:

  1. We will dispatch the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability

  2. Clear pictures of the issue

6. Shipping Costs
